Klarnow uses a consent-preference cookie, retained for up to 180 days, so the site remembers your choice. Secure portal sessions use a short-lived HttpOnly cookie after sign-in. These are required to provide the preference and security features you request, so they cannot be switched off through the analytics control.
Journey analytics records a random session reference, the Klarnow page visited and a small set of interaction labels. It does not start and browser session storage is not accessed until you actively select “Allow optional analytics”. Selecting “Necessary only” leaves this tracking off.
If you select “Save this check” in Practical Tools, this browser stores your six checklist selections and the time you saved them. They stay on this device until you select “Reset check” or clear your browser storage. They are not sent to your Klarnow account.
The founder walkthrough is hosted by Loom. Klarnow does not load the Loom player until you choose to play it. Once loaded, Loom may receive technical information and use its own storage under its privacy terms.
You can reopen the control at any time. A new choice replaces the previous preference for this browser.
