You may use the website to learn about our work, make a genuine enquiry or application, and access an account you are authorised to use. Provide accurate information and only submit material you have permission to share. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the service, impersonate another person or submit unlawful material.
Keep your sign-in credentials and private result links secure. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without permission. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the service or investigate misuse.
Completing a diagnosis, joining a waitlist or sending an application does not create a paid project, subscription, employment or contractor agreement. Diagnosis summaries and automated guidance are an initial assessment based on the information supplied. A person should check the relevant facts before relying on a recommendation or approving work.
Examples and demonstrations illustrate a possible workflow. They do not confirm that a telephone call, payment, booking, message or other external action has occurred.
The first human conversation is a free 15-minute Fit Call to confirm the problem, fit, urgency, decision-maker and likely scope. It is not an unlimited strategy session. Implementation requires a separate agreed proposal showing deliverables, exclusions, timing, ongoing costs and price.
The services described on the website are subject to an agreed written scope. Your proposal or service agreement sets out the deliverables, fees, taxes, payment schedule, timing, responsibilities, approvals, third-party costs and acceptance process. It also sets out any ongoing service, minimum term, cancellation arrangements and handover.
A separate signed or otherwise accepted service agreement takes priority over these general website terms for the project it covers. No recurring charge or specific delivery commitment arises simply from submitting an enquiry. Changes to agreed work must be agreed through the project’s change process.
Where a service is purchased, payment is due under the accepted proposal or invoice. Payment-provider terms may also apply. Project-specific refund, cancellation and renewal terms must be supplied before commitment; this page does not impose a blanket no-refund rule.
If you buy as a consumer, mandatory consumer protections and any applicable cancellation rights remain available. These terms do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Klarnow’s website content, brand and original materials belong to Klarnow or their respective rights holders. You may view and share links to the website, but may not present someone else’s work as your own or reuse protected materials beyond the permission or licence that applies.
Your materials remain yours or their respective owner’s. Ownership and licences for project deliverables, templates, software, photography and other commissioned work are specified in the service agreement. A displayed client name or example does not transfer that client’s rights.
We aim to keep website information accurate and the service available, but maintenance, errors and third-party outages can occur. An availability or support commitment applies only where it is included in your service agreement.
External websites and connected providers operate under their own terms. We are responsible for our own agreed work; a link does not guarantee another provider’s availability or content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that the law does not permit us to exclude.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information, and our Cookie Policy explains storage choices. Send a concern or complaint to team@klarnow.co.uk so we can investigate.
These website terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. For business users, disputes fall within the courts of England and Wales unless a service agreement states otherwise. Consumers retain any mandatory right to bring proceedings in the courts of their home jurisdiction.
We may update these website terms and will show the revision date above. Changes to this page do not automatically rewrite an existing service agreement.
