Yes, where operation and optimisation are part of the engagement. Reporting rhythm, response scope, change requests and performance responsibilities are agreed rather than left implicit.

Existing client IP and data remain protected. New asset ownership, platform access, source files, licences and third-party services are stated in the project agreement. Klarnow does not assume informal rights over a client's business or data.
