Is £250 the price of the whole service?
£250 covers the starter setup. The ongoing service is £149 per month, beginning when your system launches, with an initial three-month commitment. That is £697 in total for setup and the first three months. We confirm your scope and any additional costs in writing before you commit.
What do I need to supply?
Your logo, menu or service list, prices, photos, booking rules and business contact details. You also need access to your domain and payment provider, where relevant. We agree who approves enquiries and who handles exceptions.
Can customers order food online?
The starter covers one enquiry-to-deposit workflow. A full online shop, live stock, delivery zones, delivery-platform connections or a point-of-sale integration needs a separate scope. We can assess those during your diagnosis.
Are AI calls, WhatsApp and content production included?
No. Voice agents, paid messaging, photography, video, advertising and bespoke integrations are optional services. We agree the cost before adding them. The starter uses email for confirmations and follow-up.
Does the system accept bookings automatically?
Only where you have approved the rules. For catering and private events, you can review the enquiry, confirm availability and agree the quote before sending a deposit link. Payment processing fees are charged separately by your provider.
What happens after the first three months?
The service continues at £149 per month on a rolling basis. You can give 30 days’ notice to end it. Your written scope explains the handover, customer-data export and any separate provider accounts before work starts.
