Chopiva
Learning through a food-commerce venture.

The problem
Customers need to understand what they can order, what it costs and when it will arrive. The team needs an order it can fulfil.
The thinking
The commercial decision
Reduce uncertainty around selection, payment terms and delivery before expanding demand.
How the system fits together
Design selection, order capture, payment and fulfilment as one journey. Wider customer-record and retention connections require their own implementation and testing.
How we approached delivery
Use real product choices and fulfilment requirements to identify the next operational constraint.
The connected work
Chopiva’s published website offers individual orders and weekly combo packs. The weekly packs are one-time purchases rather than recurring subscriptions.
The recorded outcome
A published food-ordering experience
The current product page shows a pack selector, prices, an ordering window and Wednesday delivery information. It does not establish payment completion or retention performance.
Last documented position
The public ordering experience was reviewed on 1 October 2026. Wider automation and retention work remain separate development areas.
What the evidence means
A published ordering interface is not proof of a completed payment, automated fulfilment or increased repeat purchase. No revenue or retention result is claimed here.
