SEO

Search engine optimisation, or SEO, is the work of making useful website content discoverable and understandable in search. It includes clear answers, accessible pages, descriptive titles and meaningful internal links. Technical setup supports that work, but it cannot guarantee that a page will be indexed, ranked or chosen for a particular search result.

Why it matters for your business

Good SEO starts with a problem your intended customer actually has and a page that helps them solve it. More pages are not automatically more valuable if they repeat the same thin answer.

A business example

A receptionist glossary explains call forwarding and links to a practical setup guide, giving the visitor both the meaning and a relevant next step.

Illustrative example.

Your next step

Choose a real customer question, answer it clearly and connect it to a useful product or learning page.
